Our website is all about providing career coaching and career development support services. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time. We’ll do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the website, but we cannot promise that the website will be available at all times. We may stop the operation of part of the website or all of it, at any time and without telling you. However, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, or liability that may arise as a result. We try to make sure the content on the website is accurate, but we do not guarantee this. The content is also general in nature.
Fees
Fees published on the knext website are subject to change at our discretion.
Refunds
We make every effort to deliver what we promised to our clients. To do this, we offer 100% Money-Back Guarantee for all our solutions. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of request. Conduct of Client and Practitioner
We adhere to the professional standards required of a Careers practitioner in Australia. We expect the client-practitioner relationship to be a constructive one and will not tolerate aggressive, obscene, degrading, or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to suspend services to a client at our discretion without a refund of fees.
Cancellations
There are times when a client may need to cancel and reschedule appointments. Where possible, we ask that clients give us advance notice. No cancellation fee is charged for the first cancellation however a cancellation fee may be charged for the second cancellation made in less than 24 hours. If repeated cancellations are made without a valid reason, we may suspend services.
Your use of our site
In using our site you must not:
- Use the website for anything that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
- Post or send any material via the website which harms anyone else or use the website to send unsolicited messages; and
- In any way tamper with the website or transmit any viruses via the website.
