Standard career development approaches can (sometimes) neglect the unique needs and circumstances of people/individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, including people of colour.
We work with stakeholders in the education sector to develop programs that support CALD student career learning outcomes.
We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand career education outcomes and design programs tailored to students from CALD backgrounds. Programs are aimed at helping students and parents/carers understand career options and support required for future career success.
Our range of solutions
We work with Universities and TAFE/Vocational institutions to design and deliver career development interventions that support their CALD student population.
Please note: For Australian citizens and residents, career coaching/counselling can be claimed as a self-education expense in certain circumstances. Please see the Australian Taxation Office website, or seek advice from your tax accountant.
