Forging strategic partnerships

Standard career development approaches can (sometimes) neglect the unique needs and circumstances of people/individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, including people of colour.

We work with stakeholders in the education sector to develop  programs that support CALD student career learning outcomes.

Secondary Schools

We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand career education outcomes and design programs tailored to students from CALD backgrounds. Programs are aimed at helping students and parents/carers understand career options and support required for future career success.

Our range of solutions

  • Career Guidance, Assessment and debriefing
  • Collaborate with schools to develop tailored Parent Information Sessions
  • Career trends and insights session on the Future of Work
